About the position

Chewy is seeking a data-driven and tech-savvy Senior Manager of Product Marketing to join its Brand Marketing Team. This role involves collaborating with various teams to shape business strategies, inform product roadmaps, and develop impactful marketing strategies that drive results. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product positioning, messaging, and launching new products in the ecommerce or technology sectors, with a focus on translating product features into consumer benefits.

Responsibilities

• Partner internally with business and product teams to shape short & long-term roadmaps & goals
• Collaborate with consumer insights, user research, and business & marketing analytics teams to identify business opportunities and develop campaign strategies
• Lead development of marketing initiatives end-to-end, including positioning, messaging, creative development, GTM plans, execution, measurement, and reporting
• Create close relationships with marketing channel owners to determine the marketing mix and ensure integrated program execution
• Work with internal creative teams to develop assets from concepts through execution across various tactics
• Act as a marketing champion for priority product, service, and new business offerings for Chewy
• Support Product Marketing team leaders in growing adoption of priority features & services

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree; MBA Preferred
• 5-7 years of product marketing experience, primarily in ecommerce or technology
• Expertise in connecting business goals to marketing strategy and go-to-market execution
• Experience in growing established businesses and scaling new products and services
• Strong business and data acumen; fluent in online and offline metrics
• Adept at working in a cross-functional, matrixed organization with collaboration and leadership skills
