About the position

The Senior Manager, Product Marketing at CSG is responsible for supporting the positioning, go-to-market planning, and marketing assets for the company's products and solutions. This role acts as a liaison between Product Management, Strategic Solution Units, and customers, crafting compelling value propositions and messaging that differentiate CSG's offerings. The position focuses on optimizing sales enablement collateral to drive product demand and adoption, while also managing marketing strategies and resources effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Align CSG's product positioning and value proposition to industry and customer needs.
  • Gather insights for developing buyer personas and messaging.
  • Collaborate on product/solution sales plays and marketing materials.
  • Support go-to-market strategy execution across the buyer lifecycle.
  • Develop plans to convert leads and maximize market opportunities.
  • Identify and monitor new market opportunities and pursuit plans.
  • Partner with teams to build tools and materials for sales support.
  • Act as a brand ambassador and develop on-brand marketing content.
  • Identify and develop unique customer personas for positioning.
  • Manage assigned marketing budgets and outside agencies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications, or equivalent work experience.
  • 10-12+ years of product marketing experience in a B2B technology environment.
  • Experience in product marketing strategy and execution in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with the Pragmatic Marketing Framework.
  • Experience supporting large, complex product launches.
  • Excellent writing, organization, and project management skills.
  • Strong ability to identify and prioritize prospects.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and innovative mindset.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to evolving client needs.
  • Ability to operate in a multi-cultural environment.
