The Senior Manager leads the design, development, and implementation of new product strategies, working cross-functionally to manage shared goals and priorities. The Senior Manager establishes Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) for the product team, ensuring alignment with senior leadership. They are responsible for defining and creating prototypes based on customer feedback to validate ideas before committing to larger-scale development. Additionally, they oversee the entire product lifecycle, from strategy and roadmap definition to development and market readiness, while supervising product professionals and working with minimal supervision. The role also includes validating user story acceptance criteria, ensuring appropriate testing frameworks for product features, and collaborating with data stewards to implement necessary data quality controls. The Senior Manager monitors and analyzes key product performance metrics, providing strategic recommendations for performance improvements throughout the product lifecycle. They mentor team members, negotiate across shared services, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies. Furthermore, they partner with business technology to outline technical features required for system optimization and infrastructure maintenance, fostering a culture of accountability and ownership within the product team.
