About the position

As a Senior Manager, Production at NIKE, Inc., you will play a pivotal role in leading a team of Image Artists within the Studio Operations team under the Consumer Product Brand Merchandising (CPBM) organization. As a Senior Manager, Production, you will be part of a core leadership team within Studio Ops, collaborating with the larger CPBM organization and working closely with various internal teams at different leadership levels. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years progressively responsible experience in production art using Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven background in process, workflow, and technology innovation.
  • Proven leadership and management experience.
  • Ability to plan, organize, get results, negotiate, and establish priorities against aggressive business goals.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and well-organized.
  • Ability to collaborate, share ideas, and develop effective responses or elevate to higher management.
  • Ability to stay current with industry technology, tools, and capabilities.
