About the position

As a Senior Manager, Production at NIKE, Inc., you will play a pivotal role in leading a team of Image Artists within the Studio Operations team under the Consumer Product Brand Merchandising (CPBM) organization. Your ability to identify and provide creative solutions to challenging opportunities and processes will be crucial. As a Senior Manager, Production, you will be part of a core leadership team within Studio Ops, collaborating with the larger CPBM organization and working closely with various internal teams at different leadership levels. Your leadership will guide your team in delivering on business goals while maintaining a focus on professional development and a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 5 years progressively responsible experience in production art using Adobe Creative Suite.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven background in process, workflow, and technology innovation.
• Proven leadership and management experience.
• Ability to plan, organize, get results, negotiate, and establish priorities against aggressive business goals.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and well-organized.
• Ability to collaborate, share ideas, and develop effective responses or elevate to higher management.
• Ability to stay current with industry technology, tools, and capabilities.
