About the position

The Senior Manager, Program Implementation at Entegra Procurement Services is responsible for managing client relationships and overseeing the onboarding process for new clients. This role involves coordinating with various internal teams to ensure a seamless integration of clients into the procurement system, providing training and support, and monitoring client satisfaction. The position aims to enhance operational effectiveness and drive growth within assigned client segments.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and maintain all aspects of client relationships.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients throughout the onboarding process.
• Manage the entire onboarding process, from contract finalization to client system setup.
• Schedule training sessions for new clients on how to use the GPO platform, vendor systems, and reporting tools.
• Collect and validate necessary documents from clients, ensuring compliance with legal, financial, and operational requirements.
• Monitor client usage and satisfaction levels during the initial onboarding phase.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance the onboarding process.
• Ensure the achievement of established financial targets through planning and implementation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of expertise in the Hospitality/Lodging/Restaurant/Senior Living space.
• 3 years of experience in supply chain or purchasing.
• Strong client-facing skills and communication skills.
• Financial acumen and demonstrated experience using Microsoft suite of products.

Nice-to-haves

• Industry GPO experience is a plus.
• Ability to demonstrate results.
• Experience having owned the relationship with the client.
