About the position

The Sr. Manager, Entegra Client Services Support at Entegra Procurement Services is responsible for managing client relationships and overseeing the onboarding process for new clients. This role involves coordinating with various internal teams to ensure a seamless integration of clients into the GPO platform, providing training and support, and monitoring client satisfaction. The position aims to enhance operational effectiveness and drive growth within assigned client segments.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and maintain all aspects of client relationships.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients throughout the onboarding process.
  • Manage the entire onboarding process from contract finalization to client system setup.
  • Schedule training sessions for new clients on using the GPO platform and vendor systems.
  • Collect and validate necessary documents from clients to meet legal and operational requirements.
  • Monitor client usage and satisfaction levels during the onboarding phase.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance the onboarding process.
  • Ensure achievement of established financial targets through planning and implementation.

Requirements

  • Over 5+ years of expertise in the Hospitality/Lodging/Restaurant/Senior Living space.
  • Strong client-facing skills and communication skills.
  • Financial acumen and demonstrated experience using Microsoft Office products.
  • Ability to demonstrate results and experience managing client relationships.

Nice-to-haves

  • Industry GPO experience is a plus.
