As a Senior Manager in Project and Change Management at Hilton, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Commercial Services team, which is integral to Hilton's sales, revenue management, call center, and analytics functions. This position is designed for a professional who is passionate about driving change and managing projects that are essential to Hilton's commercial engine, ultimately contributing to the company's profitable growth. You will be working in a virtual/remote capacity, allowing for flexibility while still being a key player in the organization. Reporting directly to the Director of Project and Change Management, you will be responsible for producing and implementing project and change management plans specifically tailored for Sales and Revenue Management projects or systems. Your expertise will be crucial in assessing project performance against established standards, identifying issues, and taking corrective measures to ensure that projects remain on target. In this role, you will develop progress reports and updates for partners, ensuring that all information is accurate and consistent. You will also be tasked with conducting benefit measurement analysis to validate the impact of solutions and associated business process changes. Your responsibilities will extend to reviewing implementation and support processes to ensure they are efficient and meaningful, adapting to changing business standards. You will contribute to the development of a learning program post-deployment to enhance knowledge levels and deliver value to the business. Additionally, you will support the creation of detailed processes around system improvements, bug fixes, releases, test plans, training, and deliverables associated with system changes, ensuring that best practices remain current with evolving Revenue Management systems. Collaboration will be a key aspect of your role, as you will coordinate with various functions to develop and execute change management strategies, training programs, and operational support planning. You will lead user acceptance testing, identify key functionality gaps, and work closely with IT to prioritize requirements and activate remediation plans. Your insights will be valuable in reviewing and advising on projects, including product design and functional business plans, as well as developing strategies for new sales platforms in partnership with technology partners to support the groups, meetings, and events team.
