As a Senior Manager, Project and Change Management at Hilton, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Commercial Services team, which is integral to Hilton's sales, revenue management, call center, and analytics functions. This position is designed for a professional who is passionate about driving change and managing projects that are essential to Hilton's commercial engine, ultimately contributing to the company's profitable growth. You will be working in a virtual/remote capacity, allowing for flexibility while still being a key player in the organization. Reporting directly to the Director of Project and Change Management, you will be responsible for producing and implementing project and change management plans specifically tailored for Sales and Revenue Management projects or systems. Your expertise will be crucial in assessing actual performance against established standards, identifying issues, and taking corrective measures to ensure projects remain on target. In this role, you will develop progress reports and partner updates, ensuring that all information is consistent, correct, and accurate. You will also be tasked with producing benefit measurement analyses to validate the impact of solutions and associated business process changes. Your contributions will extend to reviewing implementation and support processes to ensure they are meaningful and efficient, adapting to changing business standards. You will help develop a program for learning after deployment, aimed at continuously improving knowledge levels while delivering value to the business. Additionally, you will support the development of detailed processes around system improvements, bug fixes, releases, test plans, training, and deliverables associated with system changes, ensuring that best practices remain current with evolving Revenue Management systems. Collaboration is key in this role, as you will coordinate with various functions to develop and create change management strategies, training programs, and operational support planning. You will lead user acceptance testing, identify key functionality gaps, and partner with IT to prioritize requirements, ensuring that the projects you oversee are executed effectively. Your strategic input will also be vital in developing the functionality of new sales platforms in partnership with internal and external technology partners, specifically to support the groups, meetings, and events team.
