About the position

The Sr. Manager, Property Marketing at JLL leads a team in developing and executing marketing strategies for commercial real estate properties. This role combines marketing expertise with project management skills to create effective campaigns that attract prospective tenants and developers. The ideal candidate will mentor a team, manage marketing plans, and ensure high-quality deliverables while adapting strategies to meet the needs of various projects.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of marketing strategies for commercial real estate properties.
  • Mentor a team of property marketers to align marketing plans with building owners' goals.
  • Build and manage marketing plans and associated tactics to bring properties to market.
  • Provide art direction to visually express marketing plans.
  • Encourage the adoption of JLL best practices for property marketing.
  • Analyze results and support team initiatives to improve engagement and metrics.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and enhance communication with stakeholders.
  • Provide strategic guidance and creative oversight throughout the marketing process.
  • Develop consistent messaging and deploy variations across communication mediums.
  • Create, implement, and track marketing plans and budgets for top-tier listings and clients.
  • Present marketing strategies and plans to stakeholders and clients for feedback and approval.
  • Develop creative briefs to engage with creative teams and partners.
  • Understand and implement digital marketing strategies, including social media and digital advertising.
  • Execute client and prospect event strategies, managing relationships with vendors.
  • Attend pitches to promote marketing strategies and secure business.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously with limited direction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • 6-10 years of marketing experience, preferably in commercial real estate.
  • Experience managing direct reports or teams.
  • Outstanding project management and situational leadership skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience translating business needs into marketing solutions.
  • Positive attitude and ability to handle complications or adversity.
  • Strong interpersonal relationship-building skills at all organizational levels.
  • Assertive and deadline-oriented.
  • Comfortable conducting client presentations.
  • Attention to detail and a sound sense of graphic design.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and juggle multiple projects.
  • Creative, big-picture thinker.
  • Budget management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Suites.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools, preferably Eloqua.
  • Ability to travel approximately 10-15%.
