The Senior Manager, US Government Affairs will have responsibility for leading state government affairs as part of the Corporate and Government Affairs (CGA) team. As Senior Manager, CGA, U.S., you will have primary responsibility for supporting the US GA agenda for Mondelez International, including advocacy and advancement of the legislative and policy-related agenda affecting Mondelez' reputation and business objectives with key stakeholders, including government officials, non-governmental organizations, trade associations, customers, and consumers. A passion for government relations, relationship building, and advocacy combined with an understanding of the legislative and regulatory landscape affecting the consumer-packaged goods industry, are critical success factors for this position. In this role, you will be responsible for developing policy positions specific to Mondelez International's impact framework and goals, as well as serve as a key member of CGA team in driving the company's CGA agenda, working closely with others within the North America and Global CGA team. This role reports to the Director, U.S. Government Affairs, MondelÃÂz International. The role will be based in one of the following markets: Emeryville, CA, Washington, D.C. or East Hanover, NJ (Hybrid).
