This role is pivotal in enhancing the digital maturity of Quality & Compliance (Q&C) by integrating innovative digital capabilities into the Q&C framework and strategy. The Senior Manager will lead a team of experts specializing in AI/ML, generative AI, and intelligent automation, focusing on the assessment and development of digital capabilities that transform Q&C business processes and systems. The position requires up to 10% travel, both domestically and internationally. The Senior Manager will define and execute strategies to meet the increasing demand for AI, generative AI, intelligent automation, and other emerging technologies within Q&C. This includes identifying and implementing use cases that deliver measurable value across segments, in collaboration with Research & Development, Supply Chain, and Transformation Office & Regulatory (TO&R). The role emphasizes driving the execution of initiatives to explore, build, and mature Q&C's digital capabilities, ensuring the effective leverage and scaling of technologies and solutions. Additionally, the Senior Manager will work across organizational boundaries to promote a more integrated, digitally-native approach that minimizes friction for the Q&C community and partners. Strengthening the integration between data and digital teams is crucial, ensuring that data is prepared for AI applications and that AI effectively utilizes the available data. The role also involves building predictive, recommendation, and/or large language model (LLM)-based models that are accurate, robust, and informative. Educating the Q&C community on the potential of emerging technologies to generate insights and manage risks is a key responsibility of this position.
