Responsibilities

  • Manage real estate portfolio by evaluating properties for development or disposition.
  • Communicate and coordinate real estate matters with internal partners and customers.
  • Negotiate short-term uses for properties and enforce lease terms.
  • Plan resolution of real estate matters with consultants and collaborate with government agencies.
  • Manage construction costs by reviewing change orders and negotiating labor rates with contractors.
  • Prepare market analysis for site selection and conduct return on investment analysis.
  • Drive compliance strategies and maintain relationships with governmental agencies.
  • Execute multiple business plans and projects by identifying customer and operational needs.
  • Provide supervision and development opportunities for associates, including training and mentoring.
  • Promote and support company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3 years' experience in architecture, construction management, engineering, or related area, or 5 years' experience in a related area.
