About the position

The Senior Manager, Resy Restaurant Product Marketing is responsible for managing the value proposition of the Resy product suite to restaurants and driving innovative go-to-market strategies for new products and features. This role acts as the voice of the customer, advocating for restaurant needs while collaborating with Product Managers to influence product strategy and development. The position requires leading cross-functional teams to deliver enablement materials and customer communications, ultimately enhancing customer engagement and acquisition.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a single point of contact liaising Product and Marketing teams, acting as the restaurant product expert within the Marketing organization.
  • Develop and lead the go-to-market strategy for new feature launches on Resy and Resy OS, aiming to drive customer adoption and engagement.
  • Lead cross-functional teams across Product, Marketing, Product Services, and Restaurant Org to align on product value proposition and develop customer communications and content.
  • Influence product and business decisions with the customer in mind, advocating for their needs and linking to marketing calendars and seasonality.
  • Analyze post-launch performance, customer feedback, and engagement metrics to enhance product and marketing strategies.
  • Manage team budget, ensuring timely updates on budget allocations and payments.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of Product Marketing experience, preferably in SaaS companies or fast-paced start-up environments.
  • Comfort dealing with ambiguity and building new processes from the ground up.
  • Ability to build strong relationships across organizations and facilitate collaboration.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to lead and influence cross-functional business partners.
  • Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects and pivot quickly with shifting priorities.
  • Ability to understand technology and articulate value for customers, translating it into marketing and servicing content.
  • Strong sense of customer advocacy, with proven ability to prioritize solving for customer needs.
