About the position

The Senior Manager, Retail Change Office is responsible for leading significant business management functions and strategy planning for complex and high-risk initiatives within the US Retail Store Network. This role involves liaising with executive stakeholders, managing cross-functional projects, and ensuring effective change leadership across people, processes, and technology. The position requires a strategic mindset and the ability to influence and drive alignment across various business areas.

Responsibilities

• Lead significant business management functions and strategy planning for complex initiatives.
• Interface with executive and functional stakeholders to drive change leadership.
• Manage and prioritize multiple projects with enterprise-wide impact.
• Provide thought leadership and facilitate discussions with executive audiences.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external requirements in business operations.
• Actively manage relationships with corporate and control functions to ensure alignment with enterprise requirements.
• Participate in cross-functional initiatives as a subject matter expert.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in business management or strategy planning.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Ability to influence and work effectively with multiple teams across various initiatives.
