About the position

The Senior Manager, Revenue Integrity is responsible for developing, implementing, executing, and enhancing the revenue integrity policies and processes of Frontier Airlines. The Senior Manager will have broad responsibility for ensuring that bookings, optional services, and other services are sold and delivered through all channels in accordance with our policies and terms and conditions. This role will make heavy use of analytics and automation technologies to ensure real-time or near real-time execution.

Responsibilities

• Build and own Frontier's revenue integrity policies and processes.
• Utilize data analytics to identify inconsistencies and opportunities.
• Collaborate with PRM, IT, Airports, Customer Care, and other stakeholders to identify opportunity and validate plans to capture.
• Develop and oversee production of revenue integrity tools which ensure real time adherence to our policies and procedures.
• Leverage results of revenue integrity processes to identify opportunities for future enhancements to improve performance.
• Prioritize workstreams, balancing resources available and business needs; proactively communicate deliverable status and deadlines to team leadership and business stakeholders; consistently deliver timely, accurate analysis and solutions.
• Improve the speed and accuracy of revenue integrity through continuous process reviews and improvement.
• Investigate the root causes of variances and propose profit maximizing solutions leveraging a wide variety of tools.
• Identify and size potential revenue opportunities across the organization.
• Conduct ad-hoc projects, reports, and analyses as determined by senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required; major(s) in Economics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Finance, Aviation Management or related analytical field strongly preferred; combination of education and relevant experience considered in lieu of degree requirements.
• Graduate Degree in one of above disciplines preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in an airline function such as pricing or revenue management, network planning, reservations, airport customer service, or PSS technologies.
• Experience with the theory and practice of revenue management strategy, particularly within the U.S. airline competitive landscape and/or Ultra Low Cost Carriers.
• 10+ years of experience with airline processes, policies, procedures, and/or data.

Nice-to-haves

• Advanced PSS knowledge required, Navitaire experience strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with Python, SAS, R or similar coding and statistical analysis languages preferred.
