We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager, Revenue Operations to assist in supporting and enabling sales and marketing teams to drive revenue. The ideal candidate will have a passion for data, process and enablement with significant experience in commercial roles. You will be well-versed in the concepts surrounding forecasts, reporting, data analysts, field enablement. If you are data driven and passionate about enabling others and looking to make an impact, this role may be for you. This role will report into the Senior Director, Commercial Operations.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and optimize all revenue operations processes, sales enablement, sales forecasting, territory management and deal management
  • Tier 1 CRM and Marketing Automation Support
  • Creates and distributes ad-hoc reporting and analysis to commercial organization
  • Identify opportunities to improve business processes that impact opportunity and account data quality
  • Contribute to and adopt data quality best practices across various organization including Sales, Marketing, Operations and Support
  • Augment current account and contact data with additional information to be used in segmentation
  • Perform other administrative tasks backup brand support as directed by manager
  • Reporting and analyzing data related to sales performance, commissions and other key sales indicators
  • Working with management to determine the requirements for reporting across different databases or data sources
  • Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management
  • Create and maintain metrics reports on marketing and sales activities and effectiveness and business impact
  • Monitor campaigns to optimize performance based on industry best practices
  • Provide recommendations that enhance future campaign performance and measurements
  • Produce and maintain metrics reports on marketing and sales activities, effectiveness, and business impact
  • Evaluate new technologies and add-on applications to improve and optimize marketing and sales team performance
  • Ongoing administration, enablement, and optimization of new and existing platforms and tools

Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales or marketing operations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Highly developed attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
