About the position

The Senior Manager - Risk at Infosys McCamish Systems LLC will be a key player in the Compliance Department, responsible for promoting the compliance program across the organization and with customers. This role involves providing compliance guidance to various business units and senior management, ensuring that operations and technology support adhere to regulations and contractual obligations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement policies and procedures to mitigate compliance risks
• Conduct verification audits to identify gaps in compliance to processes and define, drive and deploy corrective action plans to ensure compliance
• Monitor, report and advise on interpretation and implementation of federal and state regulations with impact to third party administration and record keeping services and life insurance products
• Advise cross-functional teams on compliance with contractual obligations
• Update and create compliance trainings
• Support third-party and client audits and assessments
• Support compliance investigations and remediations
• Develop metrics to capture and report compliance program efforts to senior leadership

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution
• At least 9 years of relevant work experience in compliance or risk management
• Three years of progressive experience in the specialty may be considered in lieu of every year of education
