About the position

The Senior Manager, S2P Communications & Engagement Lead at Pfizer is responsible for driving global learning and development initiatives and communication efforts to enhance the Source to Pay (S2P) strategy. This role focuses on colleague engagement and workforce development solutions to achieve excellence in innovation, supplier engagement, and service delivery, while fostering a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

  • Drive key global L&D initiatives and communication efforts for S2P strategy.
  • Elevate leadership engagement and commitment at various organizational levels.
  • Execute monthly global S2P reports for S2P leaders.
  • Develop engaging agendas for Leader Forums and ensure effective communication of key messages.
  • Maintain communication mediums and distribution lists for S2P leaders.
  • Connect S2P initiatives with supplier lifecycle management strategies.
  • Support execution of S2P Governance and Operational Plan commitments.
  • Evolve the S2P Story and strategic intent with KPIs for value creation.
  • Chair the Communications Council and manage its initiatives.
  • Develop tailored communications for the S2P team and external colleagues.
  • Plan annual S2P budget needs for surveys and initiatives.
  • Ensure all communications align with the organization's brand voice and tone.
  • Act as a liaison between S2P and other teams to facilitate collaboration.
  • Partner with S2P Leadership to deliver quarterly communications to senior management.
  • Monitor and update S2P content on internal platforms.
  • Prepare talking points for S2P leadership for external engagements.
  • Organize and run S2P Town Halls for effective communication.
  • Establish Regional S2P Colleague forums for knowledge sharing.
  • Support the elevation of the S2P Partnership Approach and manage joint goals.
  • Chair the Professional Development Council and manage its initiatives.
  • Maintain the S2P Customer Community Page and external apps.
  • Publish monthly S2P success stories and manage socialization with GBS LT functions.
  • Develop customized partnership support models and scorecards.
  • Provide content support for external speaking assignments.
  • Implement the S2P Global Training Curriculum and develop a workforce development roadmap.
  • Manage new colleague hire welcome sessions and global training sessions.
  • Migrate training curriculum into modules on Pfizer Learning Academy.
  • Gather feedback on communication effectiveness and incorporate it into strategies.
  • Understand and deliver Learning & Development resources to S2P colleagues.
  • Serve as a coach and mentor for IDP planning and discussions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 8-10 years of relevant experience
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work across different cultures and with diverse leaders
  • Fluency in English

  • MBA or master's degree
  • 10+ years of relevant work experience leading communications strategy
