The Senior Manager of Sales Enablement plays a crucial role in enhancing the effectiveness of the MGMA Sales Teams by managing a team of specialists and coordinators. This position serves as a vital link between sales, marketing, and product teams, focusing on process improvement in sales and invoicing while providing essential resources to drive growth. The role emphasizes monitoring sales team KPIs and metrics to boost efficiency and performance, ultimately improving customer communication and understanding of MGMA's solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of specialists and coordinators to support the sales teams.
  • Serve as a liaison between sales, marketing, and product teams.
  • Assist in creating cross-team alignment for key KPIs for the sales team and organizational goals.
  • Conduct quality control checks and help create metrics in collaboration with the Senior Director of National Sales.
  • Share results of metrics with the sales enablement team and sales teams.
  • Utilize CRM systems and sales tools to improve sales team effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales enablement or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems and sales tools like Outreach.
  • Experience in managing teams and driving process improvements.
  • Ability to analyze sales metrics and KPIs to enhance performance.
