About the position

Artera is seeking a Senior Manager of Sales Enablement to enhance the effectiveness of the sales team and drive sales strategies. This role involves managing one analyst and reporting directly to the Senior Director of Revenue Operations. The primary focus is to increase win rates, decrease deal duration, and support the sales team with innovative solutions and resources. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare technology sales and a proven track record of success in a competitive market.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, refine, and execute go-to-market strategies in collaboration with Sales Engineering, Customer Experience, and Product Marketing.
  • Implement sales enablement programs, initiatives, strategies, and processes.
  • Partner with Account Executives to identify their needs and equip them with necessary tools and resources.
  • Build effective sales decks and develop customized pitches for prospects.
  • Present pitches directly to prospects or train Account Executives on the developed pitches.
  • Stay updated with the latest sales enablement best practices, methodologies, techniques, and tools.
  • Ensure the sales team meets expectations regarding their skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • 6-10 years of relevant experience in sales enablement or related fields.
  • Proven track record of enhancing the performance of experienced healthcare sellers.
  • Experience selling technology solutions to enterprise healthcare systems in a competitive landscape.
  • Previous people management experience.
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
  • Attention to detail and ability to create visually appealing presentations.
  • Expertise in Salesforce, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.
