About the position

Artera is seeking a Senior Manager, Sales Enablement to lead and enhance our Sales Enablement function. This role is pivotal in driving the effectiveness of our sales team, with a focus on increasing win rates and reducing deal duration. The Senior Manager will manage one analyst and report directly to the Senior Director of Revenue Operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare technology sales and a proven track record of advancing deals through innovative strategies and effective communication. This position requires a hands-on approach to selling, with responsibilities that include developing sales enablement programs, collaborating with various teams, and creating customized sales presentations. The successful candidate will be ambitious, growth-oriented, and eager to tackle new challenges in their sales career. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies in collaboration with Sales Engineering, Customer Experience, and Product Marketing. You will implement sales enablement initiatives and processes, ensuring that the sales team is equipped with the necessary tools and resources to succeed. Your responsibilities will also include building effective sales decks and pitches tailored to prospects, maintaining a mindset of innovation by staying updated on sales enablement best practices, and ensuring that the sales team meets expectations in terms of skills and knowledge. This position is crucial for driving the overall effectiveness of the sales team and contributing to the company's mission of enhancing customer service in healthcare.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, refine, execute, and support the sales team in go-to-market strategies in collaboration with Sales Engineering, Customer Experience, and Product Marketing.
  • Develop and implement sales enablement programs, initiatives, strategies, and processes.
  • Partner with Account Executives (AEs) to uncover their needs and equip them with the tools and resources they need to succeed.
  • Build effective sales decks and develop pitches customized to the prospect, presenting pitches directly to prospects or training the AE on the pitch developed.
  • Maintain a mindset of innovation; stay up to date with the latest sales enablement best practices, methodologies, techniques, and tools.
  • Ensure the sales team is meeting expectations in terms of their skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • 6-10 years of relevant experience in sales enablement or related fields.
  • Proven track record of upleveling experienced healthcare sellers.
  • Experience selling a technology solution to enterprise healthcare systems in a highly competitive landscape.
  • Previous people management experience.
  • Strong presentation skills; persuasive and able to clearly articulate complex ideas.
  • Strong attention to detail; able to create aesthetically pleasing decks.
  • Expert with Salesforce, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.
