Artera is seeking a Senior Manager, Sales Enablement to lead and enhance our Sales Enablement function. This role is pivotal in driving the effectiveness of our sales team, with a focus on increasing win rates and reducing deal duration. The Senior Manager will manage one analyst and report directly to the Senior Director of Revenue Operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare technology sales and a proven track record of advancing deals through innovative strategies and effective communication. This position requires a hands-on approach to selling, with responsibilities that include developing sales enablement programs, collaborating with various teams, and creating customized sales presentations. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies in collaboration with Sales Engineering, Customer Experience, and Product Marketing.
