About the position

The Sr. Manager Sales Enablement plays a crucial role in supporting the MGMA Sales Teams by managing a team of specialists and coordinators. This position serves as a liaison between sales, marketing, and product teams, focusing on process improvement in sales and invoicing while providing necessary resources to drive growth. The role emphasizes enhancing customer communication and understanding the benefits of MGMA's solutions to address operational and revenue challenges faced by practices. Additionally, it involves monitoring sales team KPIs and metrics to improve efficiency and performance.

Responsibilities

  • Assists in creating cross team alignment for key KPIs for both the sales team and overall organizational goal.
  • Conducts quality control checks and helps create metrics in conjunction with the Senior Director of National Sales.
  • Collaboratively works with sales teams to create efficiencies using CRM systems and other sales tools like Outreach.
  • Responsible for contract maintenance and management processes.
  • Participates in regular meetings with sales teams to enhance knowledge regarding existing and new products.
  • Leads efforts on product documentation, case studies, testimonials, presentations, content, and competitive analysis alongside marketing.
  • Assists sales and marketing in creating and monitoring marketing leads and outbound sales efforts.
  • Conducts customer service audits in collaboration with marketing.
  • Makes recommendations for system enhancements based on unmet customer needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is required.
  • Five (5) or more years of experience in product sales/sales enablement, project management, business development, or similar is required.
  • Two (2) or more years of management experience is required.
  • Strong analytical skills to measure and optimize processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to organize, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to develop strong working relationships with key external stakeholders and across all internal teams.

Nice-to-haves

  • A healthcare background and knowledge of relevant healthcare trends is preferred.
