About the position

The Senior Manager, Sales Operations US Marketing will oversee the development and implementation of key marketing performance indicators, manage the sampling program, and ensure efficient execution of marketing initiatives to support the US commercial teams. This role is crucial for driving growth in the region and involves collaboration with various departments to standardize processes and improve efficiencies.

Responsibilities

  • Establish the strategy for the sales operations US Marketing function to drive achievement of the corporate annual operating plan and long-term strategic imperatives in collaboration with the Commercial leadership team
  • Actively collaborate cross-functionally with HCP, Consumer and Field marketing in addition to the sales leadership team to develop actionable insights across our direct to consumer and health care professional marketing programs
  • Lead and manage the development of marketing key performance indicators
  • Implement and manage the US Sampling program including HCP targeting maintenance, demand planning support, vendor management, and overall sales team support of the program
  • Perform other duties as required

Requirements

  • BA/BS in Business, Finance or another related field; MBA a plus
  • Minimum 5 years of experience working in a Sales Operations leadership role
  • At least 3 years of that experience working on projects related to Sales process improvement
  • At least 3 years leading a department and/or large-scale project teams
  • Demonstrate strong leadership, coaching and development skills
  • Excellent communication, influencing and negotiating skills are critical
  • Self-sufficient, flexible, and motivated team player capable of managing a team and several activities simultaneously
  • Ability to work in a deadline focused, dynamic environment, consistently producing timely and accurate deliverables
  • Ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts, business models, and technologies
  • Proven problem solving and critical thinking skills

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in the healthcare, pharma or medical device industry or contact center
  • Strong organizational skills, ideally leveraging technology and innovation
  • Strong computer skills - particularly Excel, Word, & PowerPoint products in addition to visualization tools such as Tableau
  • Positive, results driven, rational, logical, team player
