About the position

The Senior Manager of Sales Operations at Resource Label Group is responsible for optimizing Salesforce and architecting key sales processes to drive business success. This role involves acting as the subject matter expert for Salesforce, ensuring alignment with the company's growth strategies, and leading initiatives to enhance Salesforce functionality and user experience. The position emphasizes thought leadership in sales process design and data-driven improvements to support revenue growth and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the Salesforce SME, providing visionary leadership on leveraging Salesforce for business success.
  • Stay updated on Salesforce releases and industry trends to utilize advanced features aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead initiatives to improve Salesforce functionality, including automation and user experience.
  • Partner with leaders to drive Salesforce-related innovations that align with long-term business strategies.
  • Design and refine scalable sales processes to improve operational efficiency and drive revenue growth.
  • Act as the architect of end-to-end sales processes, ensuring consistency in deal progression and data quality.
  • Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and finance teams to align processes with organizational goals.
  • Oversee the Salesforce Administrator to ensure best practices in data maintenance and automation.
  • Drive development of customized Salesforce solutions for informed decision-making.
  • Maintain Salesforce data integrity for accurate reporting and forecasting.
  • Use data insights to refine sales processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Build reporting frameworks to track KPIs and forecasting accuracy.
  • Provide data-driven insights to sales leadership for strategic focus.
  • Lead efforts to enhance Salesforce adoption through training and enablement programs.
  • Develop training materials on best practices in Salesforce usage and process optimization.
  • Create and deliver training sessions to maximize Salesforce's value.
  • Act as the liaison between sales operations and other departments to ensure Salesforce integration with critical systems.
  • Recommend solutions for streamlining data processes and system integrations.
  • Collaborate with product and IT teams to implement integrations that enhance sales productivity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 5-7+ years of experience in sales operations or Salesforce CRM management, focusing on Salesforce administration and optimization.
  • Extensive experience in Salesforce leadership and process design; Salesforce Admin or Advanced Admin certification preferred.
  • Proven track record of implementing and optimizing sales processes within Salesforce to drive efficiency and revenue.
  • Strong data analytics skills to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills to influence and educate stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing Salesforce administrators or sales operations specialists.
  • A passion for process and technology innovation and the ability to act as a change agent.
