As a Senior Manager of Customer Operations at Technologies, Inc., you will serve as the primary liaison between key customers and the operational teams within the organization. This role is pivotal in providing operational expertise and insights during contractual negotiations and customer meetings, which include Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and addressing critical supply escalations. You will also be responsible for managing supply chain environmental concerns and will need a deep understanding of operational capabilities to support new markets that the company has entered. In this position, you will collaborate closely with a large cross-functional team that includes Business Unit Operations, Sourcing and Supply Chain Management, Finance, as well as Sales and Marketing. Your responsibilities will encompass customer escalation management, operational contract support, and making allocation decisions as part of the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process. You will act as the voice of the customer, providing insights across business units and supporting Supply and Operations Execution (S&OE) to ensure alignment between supply and demand. Additionally, you will manage operational support for emerging markets, including Compute, IoT, and Automotive sectors, and oversee the management of QBRs and partnerships between business units and sales teams.
