About the position

The Senior Manager, Sales Process & Methodology Enablement at Snowflake is responsible for developing and maintaining the sales enablement curriculum, focusing on the 'How We Sell' and 'Run the Business' components. This role involves strategic partnership with field leaders, documentation of best practices, and the creation of training materials to enhance sales competencies. The position is an individual contributor role with potential for leadership growth within 6-12 months.

Responsibilities

  • Own the How We Sell and Run the Business curriculum.
  • Build and maintain documentation for sales enablement.
  • Teach competencies through workshops and training sessions.
  • Drive the design, update, and documentation of the Snowflake Customer Journey.
  • Act as a strategic thought partner to field and enablement leaders.
  • Document best practices and synthesize field-proven techniques.
  • Lead the Customer Journey project, collaborating with field leaders and SMEs.
  • Identify behaviors that lead to successful outcomes and build content to address gaps.
  • Write playbooks for various content needs in multiple formats.
  • Understand sales and SE roles to influence content development.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of relevant experience in technical partner enablement, sales engineering, or technical product marketing.
  • Experience in fast-changing environments requiring strategic thinking and results-oriented decision-making.
  • Hands-on experience in learning design and measurement frameworks.
  • Expertise in enablement tooling and program management across multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong consultative skills, including discovery, problem solving, and facilitating workshops.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with gamification in learning design.
  • Familiarity with selling methodologies such as value selling or Challenger Selling.
  • Knowledge of CRM updates and dashboard management.
