Sales enablement is a key function of the Field organization at Snowflake. It ensures that the field (Account Executives, Sales Engineers, Partner Account Managers, etc.) stays relevant and up to date with the greatest product innovation, latest selling skills, and current operational processes. Our learning curriculum is divided into three components: What We Sell (product and industry training), How We Sell (sales process and methodology and soft skills training), and Run the Business (operational excellence). We are looking for a Senior Manager who will own the How We Sell and Run the Business curriculum. This includes building and maintaining documentation and at times, teaching these competencies. Examples include; workshops for Champion Building, Executive Engagement, Account Planning, Territory Planning, etc. This role will also drive the design, update, and documentation of the Snowflake Customer Journey. This role is an individual contributor role with the possibility to grow into a leadership role in 6-12 months.
