About the position

The Senior Manager of Sales Enablement at Snowflake will be responsible for developing and maintaining the 'How We Sell' and 'Run the Business' curriculum. This role focuses on ensuring that the sales team is equipped with the latest selling skills, product knowledge, and operational processes. The position involves strategic partnership with field leaders, documentation of best practices, and the design of the Snowflake Customer Journey. This individual contributor role has potential for growth into a leadership position within 6-12 months.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic thought partner to the field and enablement leaders.
  • Document and synthesize best practices from field-proven techniques.
  • Lead the Customer Journey project, documenting the entirety of the Customer Journey.
  • Identify behaviors that lead to the best outcomes and build content to close learning gaps.
  • Write playbooks for various content needs in different formats (PDFs, eLearning, CMS).
  • Understand sales and SE roles to influence content development.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience in technical partner enablement, sales engineering, or technical product marketing.
  • Experience in a fast-changing environment requiring strategic thinking and results-oriented decision-making.
  • Hands-on experience in learning design and measurement, enablement tooling, and program management.
  • Domain expertise in consulting, design & development, training facilitation, and stakeholder management.
  • Strong consultative skills, including conducting discovery and facilitating workshops.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with gamification in learning design.
  • Familiarity with selling methodologies such as value selling or Challenger Selling.
