About the position

As a Senior Manager of Sales Strategy & Operations at DoorDash, you will play a pivotal role in accelerating growth via DoorDash's Platform suite for SMB restaurants. You will be responsible for leading a team in driving increased sales productivity, optimized sales allocation, and best-in-class operational excellence to achieve ambitious growth goals in partnership with our SMB Sales organization. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of both strategy and execution - setting the sales vision to enable DoorDash to be a B2B SaaS powerhouse, while driving operational rigor to problem solve and enable our sales team's success.

Responsibilities

• Lead post-sales strategy for company priorities, developing a clear strategic vision for Platform sales strategy.
• Build a high-performing sales strategy function, improving sales performance and optimizing sales productivity.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to elevate offerings and guide product roadmaps based on merchant feedback.
• Plan for future growth and product introductions, shepherding the Account Development Platform team into the future.

Requirements

• Proven experience in strategy and operations leadership within a sales environment.
• Strong background in building and executing pipeline strategies with sales teams.
• Ability to analyze and resolve sales team challenges at both individual and system-wide levels.
• Experience in managing complex, multi-stakeholder environments.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in B2B SaaS sales environments.
• Familiarity with sales forecasting and pipeline tracking tools.
• Strong analytical skills to drive data-driven decision-making.
