About The Position
As a Senior Manager of Sales Strategy & Operations at DoorDash, you will play a pivotal role in accelerating growth via DoorDash's Platform suite for SMB restaurants. You will be responsible for leading a team in driving increased sales productivity, optimized sales allocation, and best-in-class operational excellence to achieve ambitious growth goals in partnership with our SMB Sales organization. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of both strategy and execution - setting the sales vision to enable DoorDash to be a B2B SaaS powerhouse, while driving operational rigor to problem solve and enable our sales team's success.
