In this position, the Senior Manager will oversee the management of SAP master data related to material management, including the creation and modification of sold-to codes for new product launches and extensions. The role also involves monitoring and cleaning up errors in the SAP SO interface across various systems, including the SAP SD module, SAP LE module, and the eCommerce platform. The Senior Manager will be responsible for delivering complex projects in a fast-paced team environment, providing strategic guidance to eCommerce project managers, and identifying inefficiencies while recommending system improvements. Additionally, the Senior Manager will administrate order submission interfaces and delivery order interfaces with third-party logistics providers, ensuring seamless order fulfillment. The role includes the configuration and ongoing maintenance of tax engines for tax determination, leading the tax technology domain, and supporting API integration with transaction data systems. This position requires a proactive approach to monitoring and reporting on operational issues, ensuring that performance standards are met and exceeded.

Responsibilities

• Manage SAP master data for material management, including sold-to code creation and changes for eCommerce product launches.
• Monitor and clean up SAP SO interface errors across involved systems, including SAP SD and LE modules and the eCommerce platform.
• Deliver complex projects in a fast-paced team environment.
• Provide strategic guidance to eCommerce project managers in defining and designing processes to meet requirements.
• Identify inefficiencies and recommend system improvements.
• Support eCommerce Dev Ops and SAP technical group in Seoul as needed.
• Monitor and report on the status of operational issues and performance against standards.
• Administrate order submission and delivery order interfaces with third-party logistics providers.
• Lead the tax technology domain interfacing among GPv2, Vertex, and SAP.
• Maintain tax content in the tax engine(s) and support API integration with transaction data systems.

Requirements

• 12-15 years of hands-on experience with SAP and tax systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from a four-year college or university.
• Preferred proficiency in Korean.
• Experience in SAP SD or FI/CO module management and business strategy.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale strategic process improvement projects.
• Proven execution of new process and system improvement strategies.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams to identify improvement strategies.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP Hana, XML, Web Interface, and Tableau.
• Ability to maintain and improve existing systems and processes continuously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially regarding eCommerce sales and fulfillment data.
• Ability to engage with and present to executive management.
