About the position

The Senior Manager, Segmentation and Offer Strategy for Advisor Services is responsible for developing actionable strategies based on insights from the advisor base. This role focuses on creating needs-based offers for advisors, identifying barriers to growth, and collaborating with various teams to drive strategic initiatives. The position requires expertise in managing complex client relationships and translating business needs into strategic opportunities, ensuring that milestones and KPIs are met through a data-driven approach.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver strategy for the Enterprise segment of clients.
  • Become an expert in the multifaceted relationships of advisors and their services to end clients.
  • Collaborate with client-facing and strategy organizations to understand business needs and translate them into opportunities.
  • Influence strategic direction and gain buy-in from leadership on priorities.
  • Execute changes in collaboration with field leaders based on established strategic direction.
  • Drive strategy and execution using evidence-based decision-making.
  • Establish milestones and ensure they are met within prescribed timelines.
  • Communicate progress and challenges to client-facing field and AS leadership team.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in the RIA industry, preferably in advisor custody.
  • 5+ years of proven strategic experience, with consulting experience being a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience turning qualitative and quantitative feedback into actionable strategies.
  • Working knowledge of Schwab relationship models and teams, with expertise in multi-advisor relationship custody being a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience influencing and enhancing business platforms and services.
  • Experience operating in an Agile environment.
  • Demonstrated experience across Service, Sales, and Product at Schwab.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
