About the position

The Senior SEO Manager at DISH will be responsible for driving organic traffic growth for BoostMobile.com. This role involves overseeing the execution of technical and on-page SEO initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment with aggressive growth goals. The position requires a strong understanding of SEO principles and the ability to advocate for SEO enhancements within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Use SEO and web analytics platforms to identify opportunities to improve KPIs related to organic traffic.
• Drive SEO strategy as BoostMobile's Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all things SEO.
• Collaborate with digital product and IT teams to drive the roadmap for technical SEO enhancements.
• Lead optimization efforts to site content adhering to SEO principles and best practices.
• Identify keyword buildout and new web page/content opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline).
• 5+ years of experience in managing and improving organic traffic growth for digital businesses.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices in wireless consumer services.
• Experience with web analytics tools like Google Search Console and SEM Rush.
• Proven ability to own and drive complex initiatives for organic growth.

Nice-to-haves
