About the position

The Senior Manager, Site Supply Chain Chief of Staff at Bristol Myers Squibb is a strategic leadership role that supports the Head of Supply Chain in executing key initiatives and managing daily operations. This position acts as a key advisor to the leadership team, facilitating communication and coordinating cross-functional activities to ensure alignment with organizational goals. The Chief of Staff is responsible for enhancing organizational effectiveness, driving digitalization initiatives, and ensuring strategic goals are met in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Organize, lead, and ensure the effective execution of staff and strategy meetings.
  • Plan and run all-hands meetings to keep employees informed and aligned with organizational goals.
  • Establish and manage end-to-end site supply chain metrics and dashboards, ensuring real-time data accuracy.
  • Lead initiatives aimed at improving planning processes within the supply chain organization.
  • Ensure clear and effective communication across all departments, fostering transparency and collaboration.
  • Drive digitalization efforts by identifying and implementing digital tools and processes.
  • Gather feedback from team members to ensure all voices are heard and actionable insights are captured.
  • Collaborate closely with all departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Adapt quickly to changing organizational needs and take on new challenges as they arise.
  • Assist in the development and execution of key strategic initiatives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a leadership or Chief of Staff role, preferably within a supply chain or operational environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • A proactive, go-getter attitude with a willingness to take initiative and drive change.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
  • Experience with digitalization initiatives and implementing new technologies in a business setting.
  • Flexibility to adapt to rapidly changing needs and environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, life sciences, information systems, business management or related fields; advanced degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of related experience in GMP manufacturing and/or supply chain.
