About the position

The Senior Manager, Social Media Creative Content at Stanley is responsible for developing and delivering engaging content that aligns with the company's social media strategy and business goals. This role involves overseeing social media campaigns, managing a team of social strategists and content creators, and ensuring the production of bold and unique creatives that enhance Stanley's presence in social conversations. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for visual storytelling and attention to detail, actively participating in creative concepting, project management, and providing creative direction.

Responsibilities

  • Lead all aspects of development for organic and paid creative assets for Stanley's social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
  • Manage internal social content creators throughout the creative development process, ensuring optimized execution and delivery.
  • Partner with internal creative teams to align on marketing shoot production and logistics for social media deliverables.
  • Collaborate with social media strategists, cross-functional teams, and external partners to develop creatives that align with brand goals and strategies.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the social landscape and industry trends to deliver innovative concepts into the marketplace.
  • Occasionally capture and edit social media content as needed.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of non-internship experience in editing, digital content production, and creative strategy.
  • 1-2 years in a people management role.
  • Strong understanding of digital creative development with examples of previously managed social media campaigns for a large brand or company.
  • Excellent project management skills to own creative projects from start to finish.
  • Proficient in editing and content management tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Premiere Pro.
  • Production experience with an understanding of on-set environments and capturing various types of photography and video deliverables.
  • Demonstrate creative and strategic problem solving in a fast-paced environment to quickly adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong collaborative communication skills with experience working in a large cross-functional environment.
