The American Association for Justice (AAJ) is dedicated to preserving the constitutional right to trial by jury and ensuring that individuals have a fair opportunity to seek justice when injured by the negligence or misconduct of others, even when it involves challenging powerful corporations. In line with this mission, AAJ is seeking a Senior Manager - Social Media & Digital Marketing to join its Marketing department. This role is pivotal in developing, managing, and executing AAJ's social media strategy, while actively seeking opportunities to enhance the organization’s visibility and mission through various online campaigns, paid advertising, stakeholder engagement, and the growth of social media channels. The Senior Manager will be responsible for generating, editing, publishing, and sharing engaging social media content daily across platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. This includes the day-to-day management and execution of social media campaigns, ensuring a consistent voice across multiple platforms. The role requires creating actionable plans to grow and maintain followers, increase sales, and measure, analyze, and report on progress. Additionally, the Senior Manager will create and maintain a content calendar that encompasses digital campaigns, social media strategy, and performance objectives. Collaboration with internal partner groups is essential to create holistic and varied content. The Senior Manager will continually monitor all AAJ social media platforms and brand mentions, engaging where appropriate, and will be tasked with creating and maintaining a unique and noteworthy persona for AAJ online. Managing paid digital advertising campaigns, editing or creating online web content, and working with marketing team members to gather metrics for performance measurement are also key responsibilities. Staying updated with current technologies and trends in social media, digital advertising, design tools, and applications is crucial for success in this role. The position also involves maintaining photography archives to support content creation.
