About the position

The Senior Manager, Social Media Strategy at Stanley is responsible for driving innovation and leadership in digital strategies that engage and grow the brand's social community. This role requires a strategic and creative problem solver who can leverage data and insights to measure success while aligning with Stanley's brand goals and values. The position involves collaboration with various teams to enhance social media presence and effectively engage consumers globally.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of strategies for @Stanley_Brand across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
  • Manage internal and external social partners to execute social campaigns from ideation to production and publishing.
  • Partner with internal social and brand creative teams to create impactful assets that align with brand strategy and social best practices.
  • Collaborate with key cross-functional partners in marketing, creative, PR, DTC, paid media, and events to provide social support for key initiatives.
  • Ensure consistent strategies and executions across Stanley's global social media channels, optimizing content for local audiences.
  • Perform social listening and build reporting with analytic tools to drive future optimizations.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of non-internship social media experience with proven success running brand channels and fostering digital communities.
  • 1-2 years in a people management role.
  • Strong analytical and social reporting skills with experience using data tools to measure performance.
  • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication to influence key collaborators.
  • Outstanding project management skills to own and deliver multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience presenting campaign work, metrics, and insights to senior-level leadership.
