About the position

The position requires a strong background in Agile methodologies and experience with technologies such as Angular and Node.js.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering teams to develop consumer-focused digital solutions.
• Collaborate with Digital Product Managers to prioritize and shape enterprise initiatives.
• Oversee the execution of digital programs that generate significant business value.
• Manage large projects and coordinate with multiple departments across CVS Health.
• Guide the integration and validation of complex technology solutions.
• Drive innovative technological improvements and develop architectural roadmaps.

Requirements

• 8+ years of overall IT experience
• 8+ years leading or handling IT application teams
• 8+ years' experience with Java Development
• 3+ years of Angular experience
• 3+ years of actual Agile/Scrum experience

Nice-to-haves

• 3+ years of PBM Domain experience
• Experience in multiple large-scale implementations in Retail and Pharmacy industries
• Familiarity with agile processes such as scrum, Kanban, and/or SAFe
• Experience in API and Mobile Development
