Additionally, you will champion initiatives to enhance developer productivity through the implementation of Backstage.io and advocate for a superior developer experience across the organization. Your role will also involve leading efforts to integrate AI capabilities into the internal developer portal, improving functionality and efficiency. Building strong relationships with peers, stakeholders, and product management will be essential to understand dependencies, share knowledge, and solve common challenges. You will actively participate in communities of practice to stay updated on best practices and industry trends, contributing to the continuous improvement of the developer experience. Furthermore, you will partner with tech leads and other leaders to align technical initiatives with business goals and product strategies, identifying and addressing business problems at the project level with innovative solutions.
