As a Senior Manager in Software Engineering at Capital One, you will play a pivotal role in leading a diverse portfolio of technology projects while managing a team of skilled developers. The team you will be part of is dedicated to building Capital One's next-generation risk management tool, which incorporates predictive risk analysis and compliance management through the use of microservices and machine learning. Operating within Agile methodologies, you will lead a team of approximately 70 engineers, all committed to using the latest technologies to create impactful solutions.
