About the position

Intuit is a global technology platform that helps consumers and small businesses overcome their most important financial challenges. Serving more than 100 million customers worldwide with products like TurboTax, Credit Karma, QuickBooks, and Mailchimp, we believe that everyone should have the opportunity to prosper. We never stop working to find new, innovative ways to make that possible. Intuit Mailchimp is a leading marketing platform for small businesses, empowering millions of customers around the world to build their brands and grow their companies with a suite of marketing automation, multi-channel campaigns, CRM, and analytics tools. We are looking for a Senior Manager of Software Engineering to lead a high-performing group of software engineers in delivering a cohesive and differentiated customer experience on Mailchimp. This role involves designing and building the infrastructure to support Marketing's go-to-market campaign efforts globally, maintaining site performance, and identifying opportunities to optimize user journeys. The ideal candidate will be excited to work with a dynamic and diverse group of engineers and managers, comfortable with supporting requirement definition, continual prioritization, and the development of operational processes that support emerging technical and product capabilities for our MarTech teams. This position requires excellent communication skills, the ability to manage a distributed team, and a leadership style that relies on influence rather than authority. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify and refine opportunities for solving partner needs, and you should have a desire to constantly improve processes and technology while challenging the status quo when appropriate. Intuit Mailchimp operates in a hybrid workplace, allowing employees to collaborate in person with team members in our Atlanta, GA office two or more days per week.
