As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for delivering experiences and platform capabilities with Engineering and Operational Excellence, leading to outstanding outcomes for customers, employees, and stakeholders. You will build high-performing teams, leading and nurturing a team of engineers with a focus on business delivery and talent growth. You will embrace new ideas that produce outstanding results for our customers and effectively resource plan and forecast deliverables based on product, team, and broader company needs. Your role will also involve creating a vision and building strong cross-functional relationships with partners across the business, including Development, Product Management, Program Management, Business Analysts, and SRE. You will work with product management to distill requirements and challenges into technical requirements for the team, and with non-technical partners to translate complex technical challenges into easily understood information. Staying aware of industry trends and making technology choices and strategic decisions will be key aspects of your role. You will also be expected to get into the weeds and work with your team leads and architects to drive technical decisions when necessary, while also being comfortable facilitating discussions to arrive at optimal decisions.
