As a Senior Manager, Mobile Software Engineer at Capital One, you will be at the forefront of driving a major transformation within the company. Mentoring other members of the engineering community and occasionally coding or evaluating code will also be part of your responsibilities. You will work closely with digital product managers to deliver robust Android/iOS client code solutions that drive powerful experiences for small business banking customers. This includes adhering to established engineering best practices, design guidelines, and principles. As an advocate for the mobile platform, you will engage with developers across various disciplines, consistently share best practices, and improve processes within and across sprint teams. Your leadership will help identify technical obstacles early and work with your team to find creative solutions, ensuring that all team commitments are delivered on time and of the highest quality.
