Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
• Continuously evaluate and improve software development processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality.
• Promote a culture of secure software development.
• Effectively communicate with cross-functional teams, including product management, quality assurance, and operations to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Recruit, build, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of software engineers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in software development, with a proven track record of success in leading and managing engineering teams.
• Strong technical expertise in object-oriented programming languages such as Java, with experience in low-level or functional languages a plus.
• Extensive experience building cloud-native services, preferably GCP.
