Our team is responsible for the end-to-end digital and physical Guest experience across various technology and digital-led initiatives, including Attractions & Entertainment, Food & Beverage, Resorts & Transportation, and Merchandise. We also oversee initiatives like MyDisneyExperience and Hey, Disney! In this role, you will join the Payment Platform Team, where collaboration, excitement, and a dynamic learning environment are at the forefront. As a Senior Manager, you will lead and develop high-performing teams of managers and software engineers, providing solutions to complex business problems and running high-priority initiatives. You will contribute to the roadmaps and overall technology strategy, making this an excellent opportunity for those interested in a cross-functional role with significant exposure to senior leaders within the company. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with Product, Marketing Business, and Strategy Teams while leading a large-scale software engineering organization. You will facilitate partnerships across teams and channels on shared platforms, coach and mentor your team, and guide the organization in improving customer engagement, platform strategy, and standardization within the Payment ecosystem. You will define frameworks and insights to support business goals through technology, participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, and lead by example by producing extensible and maintainable code. Additionally, you will manage the CAPEX/OPEX budget for the portfolio, develop processes to meet business needs, and build an inclusive environment to attract and retain strong talent.
