About the position

The Senior Manager, Solution Architect, Customer Experience Center (CxC) plays a pivotal role in defining, executing, and measuring business and technology solutions that operate on CRM platforms. This position is essential for acquiring, enhancing, or developing reference models for Salesforce cloud services, including Sales Cloud, Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Commerce Cloud, all while aligning with the Enterprise Architecture to establish a strategic foundation. The Senior Manager will collaborate closely with various business departments and IT CxC Engineers to design effective solutions that meet organizational needs. In this role, the Senior Manager is responsible for ensuring consistent integration methods across platforms, developing the Business Driven Development (BDD) concept to align with business requirements, and adhering to performance and reliability benchmarks. The position also involves establishing Quality Assurance testing methods in collaboration with IT Operations. Furthermore, the Solution Architect will partner with IT peers globally to design reusable solutions that integrate seamlessly with Brother Japan, ensuring that the solutions are not only effective but also sustainable and scalable. The responsibilities include performing integration design related to CXC/CRM solutions, developing integration strategies that ensure data consistency and security, and implementing middleware and integration tools for seamless data exchange. The Senior Manager will also conduct regular audits of the ERP landscape to gain insights into usage models and cost recovery capabilities, while benchmarking performance to identify areas for improvement and optimization based on industry best practices. This role is crucial for fostering partnerships and collaboration across teams to ensure that the solutions designed are comprehensive and effective.

Responsibilities

  • Perform integration design related to CXC/CRM Solutions in compliance with architecture models and norms.
  • Design and architect end-to-end integration solutions to connect CXC/CRM systems with other enterprise applications, databases, and external systems.
  • Develop integration strategies that ensure data consistency, accuracy, and security across multiple systems and platforms.
  • Implement middleware and integration tools to facilitate seamless data exchange and interoperability between CXC/CRM modules and external systems.
  • Plan & manage CXC/CRM Architecture initiatives.
  • Plan and understand platform upgrades with solid risk mitigation plans.
  • Perform regular audit of ERP landscape to gain insight into usage models, ability for cost recovery.
  • Test and benchmark solutions achieving acceptable performance levels.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the performance and effectiveness of CXC systems.
  • Conduct regular assessments and benchmarking exercises to evaluate the performance, scalability, and reliability of CXC / CRM solutions.
  • Identify areas for improvement and optimization based on performance benchmarks and industry best practices.
  • Perform Fit/Gap analysis required for solution design and planning.
  • Acquire & enhance or develop reference models to guide solution design and planning.
  • Partner with IT peers globally designing reusable solutions with consistent integration to Brother Japan.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years in CxC Solution Architect with large enterprise experience (Preferred).
  • Salesforce Data Cloud, Commerce Cloud Certified Architect (Preferred).
  • The Open Group Certified - TOGAF Certified (Preferred).
  • Experience with Enterprise Architecture Design tools.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems such as Sitecore, Salesforce, and MS Azure Websites.
  • Familiarity with Jira Issue & Project Tracking Software (Preferred).
  • Strong skills in CRM Solution Modeling and Business Analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills and training development abilities.
