About the position

The Senior Manager, Solution Architect (Salesforce CRM) is responsible for defining, executing, and measuring business and technology solutions on CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce. This role involves collaborating with business departments and IT engineers to design solutions that ensure data consistency and security, while also establishing quality assurance testing methods. The Senior Manager will also partner with global IT peers to create reusable solutions and maintain acceptable service levels across platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Perform integration design related to CXC/CRM solutions in compliance with architecture models and norms.
  • Design and architect end-to-end integration solutions connecting CXC/CRM systems with other enterprise applications and external systems.
  • Develop integration strategies ensuring data consistency, accuracy, and security across multiple systems.
  • Implement middleware and integration tools for seamless data exchange between CXC/CRM modules and external systems.
  • Plan and manage CXC/CRM architecture initiatives and understand platform upgrades with risk mitigation plans.
  • Conduct regular audits of the ERP landscape to gain insights into usage models and cost recovery.
  • Test and benchmark solutions to achieve acceptable performance levels.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the performance of CXC systems.
  • Conduct assessments and benchmarking exercises to evaluate performance, scalability, and reliability of CXC/CRM solutions.
  • Identify areas for improvement based on performance benchmarks and industry best practices.
  • Perform fit/gap analysis for solution design and planning.
  • Acquire and enhance reference models to guide solution design and planning.
  • Participate in IT-related initiatives and meetings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years in CxC Solution Architect role with large enterprise experience.
  • Salesforce Data Cloud, Commerce Cloud Certified Architect (preferred).
  • The Open Group Certified - TOGAF Certified (preferred).
  • Experience with Enterprise Architecture Design tools.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems such as Sitecore, Salesforce, and MS Azure Websites.
  • Familiarity with Jira Issue & Project Tracking Software (preferred).
  • Strong skills in CRM Solution Modeling and Business Analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills and training development abilities.

Nice-to-haves
