About the position

ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Manager, Presales Solution Architects, focusing on Hyperscalers. This role involves leading a global team of technical experts, providing architectural solutions on the Now Platform, and engaging with customers and partners to drive pre-sales success. The position requires a deep understanding of cloud technologies and the ability to mentor and develop a high-performing team while collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance ServiceNow's offerings.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a global team of technical experts to drive maximum impact through scale.
  • Provide subject matter mentoring and training to the team.
  • Develop and grow strong partnerships with internal sales counterparts and external Hyperscaler partners and clients.
  • Work closely with Product Management and Go-To-Market on upcoming releases and provide customer feedback.
  • Stay updated on complementary technology and external trends to identify opportunities for the Now Platform.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on unique differentiators and convey architecture knowledge regarding ServiceNow's interoperability with cloud partners.
  • Present at executive briefings and marketing events.
  • Contribute to and help maintain internal forums and asset libraries to enable innovation at scale.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of successfully managing a technical, senior team.
  • 8+ years of experience architecting and delivering complex solutions in the SaaS landscape, with a preference for ServiceNow and Cloud Solutions experience.
  • Deep knowledge of at least one Hyperscaler service model (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP) and their integration with ServiceNow.
  • Strong presentation skills including public speaking, meeting facilitation, and workshops.
  • Ability to quickly understand technology through instruction and self-training.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience partnering with a large field sales organization preferred.
