About the position

As the Senior Manager - Strategic Finance, you will engage directly with senior leadership to tackle high-impact opportunities within the Tyson Chicken segment. This role focuses on driving transformation and making a significant difference in a dynamic environment. You will lead special projects critical to strategic initiatives, conduct in-depth market and financial analyses, and develop executive communications that shape the future of the segment. Your ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects will be key to success in this position, which places you at the forefront of strategic decision-making in the Food & Beverage industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage strategic initiatives within the Chicken Segment, driving impact and unlocking performance.
• Conduct comprehensive market and financial analyses to support strategic decision-making.
• Develop high-quality content, including PowerPoint decks and PowerBI dashboards, to support executive communication and decision-making.
• Build and maintain financial models using tools such as Excel; experience with Dataiku or Alteryx is a plus.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear and concise manner.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
• 3-5 years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, or similar corporate experience.
• Strong financial analysis skills, including experience with financial modeling.
• Proficiency in developing executive-level presentations and dashboards.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead and manage multiple workstreams.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Dataiku, Alteryx, and PowerBI.
• Ability to work independently and lead projects from inception to completion.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
