About the position

The Senior Manager, Strategy & Marketing at Comcast Business is responsible for executing marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing subscribers. Responsibilities

  • Manage marketing expenses to ensure adherence to budget parameters.
  • Oversee local promotions and events marketing, coordinating with Direct Sales staff.
  • Consult with Marketing/Sales to identify and prioritize strategic analytics opportunities.
  • Analyze trends and opportunities in marketing campaigns and sales performance.
  • Leverage data analytics to identify performance trends and insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Capture, organize, and analyze large data sets to track key metrics and optimize processes.
  • Develop core channel strategies for customer targeting and campaign trials to maximize revenue and subscriber growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide actionable insights and develop data-driven strategies.
  • Translate business needs into analysis designs to enhance understanding of customers and products.
  • Communicate new ideas and potential uses for analytics across the business.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • 7-10 years of relevant work experience in marketing or strategy.
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategies and analytics.
  • Proven team leadership skills and ability to collaborate across functions.
