As a Strategy & Operations Senior Manager owning the Group Orders product, you will be responsible for scoping, launching, scaling, and operating a significant business segment valued at $X00 million today, transforming it into a growth accelerator for DoorDash. This role involves leading cross-functional teams comprising operations, marketing, product, sales, and analytics professionals to create a differentiated experience that delivers value to corporate clients, DoorDash users, merchant partners, Dashers, and the company itself. You will report directly to the Director of Corporate Catering within the DoorDash for Business team, where you will have the opportunity to define and test new initiatives, bring innovative products and features to market, and enhance service delivery to meet audience needs. Your accountability will extend to top-line growth, operational performance, and bottom-line unit economics, effectively acting as the General Manager of Group Ordering. In this role, you will be tasked with building world-class group ordering solutions in collaboration with various teams, focusing on corporate use cases. You will launch new group ordering products and features, ensuring a seamless transition from concept to market. Your operational responsibilities will include navigating the entire user experience, from order placement to support resolution, ensuring that every aspect of the process is optimized. You will also analyze data to shape and define strategic directions, run experiments to test hypotheses, and iterate based on insights gained, all while fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
